Natalia is a Brazilian filmmaker based in New York with over 10 years of experience. She worked as 1st Assistant Director and producer for several commercial films and digital series with some celebrated directors, including Martin Fougerol, Rick Gershon, and Manuel Nogueira.
In addition to commercial production, Natalia has a background in television with Dulce Delight Production. Some of her credits include 1st assistant director of the TV show RAINHA DA COCADA SEASON 2 (GNT) and for the original series THE SWEET SIDE OF LIFE (FOOD NETWORK US), before moving to writer and researcher on RAINHA DA COCADA SEASON 3 (GNT). She also worked as a producer for Globo, the largest network in Latin America, in the segment Invasões Barbaras for SAIA JUSTA (GNT) and the promo of the 2019 FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP (SPORTV).
Natalia has a Bachelor's in Social Communication from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in Sao Paulo. After graduating with the highest honors, as part of her continuing education studies, she spent a year in New York honing digital filmmaking skills at New York University and directing at the School of Visual Arts. In the process, she developed the short documentary project BLACK BOOTH, which won the Abel Cine Documentary Grant and has the support of the Film Society of Lincoln Center, Film Forum, and Museum of the Moving Image.
